We had to phone the number provided then pay someone to lead us there. The sitting area was nice and there was plenty of ventilation. „Neighbourhood is the most filthy part of Dar es Salaam. Serious health concerns due to uncleanliness of both property and furniture inside. Owners moved me to a different property which also had issues of water. The showering water was coming out at a pace that it would take you 40 minutes to fill up a 20 litre bucket. I send the owner a video to which they promised to send someone to fix it, but they never. There is also serious electrical metre problem at the property . We kept on recharging ...
