„This house was perfect for our group. It was very clean. There was plenty of space to eat and sleep and TONS of fun amenities - no one was bored. The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service. „The house was very clean, well stocked and centrally located. Quick easy drive to the beach. The house had lots of beach stuff for us to use and games in the garage to keep the kids busy. We had three families staying here and space was not an issue. We had a slight issue getting in the house to start but the host made it right. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings and the temperature was good.“

„Cozy condo with lanai to relax on. Pool was a 2 minute walk and was never crowded. Homeowner provided everything we needed...beach towels, outdoor chairs, even a Keurig. There was an issue with the refrigerator leaking and Sharlene replaced it. She was very easy to contact and responded right away. The condo is about a mile walk to Main St. Safety Harbor and the Safety Harbor Spa. We enjoyed our stay.“

We thoroughly enjoyed the large kitchen and the girls loved the theater room....watched the Final Four Women's games together on the big screen! The owner even sent his boat captain over to our private dock for a sunset tour. We felt very pampered!“

„The Mermaid House was the perfect place to gather for a relaxing time with our family and local friends. The house was well appointed with everything you’d need. They even provided little extras like Kcups and condiments. The pool was the highlight, absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back. The only drawback is the side yard is situated on a semi busy/noisy road, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Thank you to the host. 😁“

Like picnic tables unable to be sat at due to rotting, replacement of a couple sticking sliding doors and more than 1 shuffle board stick with all parts that could be found in unorganized shed.
