I kept in touch with Anthony and he attempted to keep my spirits lifted. We had an issue with one of the TV's (NCAAA Basketball going on, so it was needed). He did his best to troubleshoot and ended up replacing the TV the next day. Once our luggage finally caught up with us, we began what ended up ...

„Overall our stay was fine with a few issues. 1. Location is not the best, would look for other options closer to French Qtr. 2. Thin walls, could hear neighboring rooms. 3. Visible code compliance issues. Door to room did not have smoke gaskets, windows were inoperable could not have been used for emergency egress. 4. No thermostat in room, no control of room temperature. Will not return.“

„We just got back on Saturday from a week stay at the Surf Shack. We had a wonderful vacation and the Surf Shack was a great place to stay. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had and the neighbors on both sides were very friendly and offered great recommendations on restaurants. We enjoyed the porch and it was a great place for our dog to hang out since it was fenced in. We will definitely rent the Surf Shack again!!“

„Check in was simple and easy, parking is in a lot half a block across the street. Room interior was as described, balcony was tiny, barely enough room for 2 people. Kitchen was very small with almost no counter space. Stove and oven was tricky to figure out as all the markings on the knobs have worn off. Property was ok, small basic pools indoor and out. Good place for 2-3 people max. Access to the beach was good. Overall I'd give it a low 4 overall.“

„Room was awesome! Stayed on the adult only side of Boardwalk Inn. Loved the spa! Enjoyed the walk to the beach. Food was expensive and not that tasty. Found better options off resort grounds. “

„We stayed two nights at the main hotel. It was super clean! My only qualms were the small bathroom without a vanity area and the barn door to the bathroom that was rather squeaky and beat up in high touch point areas on said barn door. It had been painted over many times. Otherwise, all the employees we encountered were kind and gracious, there were fun freebies like popsicles! We had harbor views which were absolutely worth the upgrades. Sitting on the balcony and watching the ships go past ...
