„We went down to Joe place as part of a company retreat. The place was perfect for us. The layout was great and the beach was pristine. The pool was great, and the communal spaces (like the Palapa area) really enhanced our experience. It also felt very safe with the patrol coming frequently. „First of all the property was beautiful! It was very clean and spotless. Property manager Gave us complementary snacks and drinks. Balcony was very spacious and gives you a great view of the beach. „It was like staying in a dirty cave. Upon arriving we were offered a much, much better place. This place was five times the size of our dark cave. Also, this second place was extremely sunny and had an excellent view of the ocean. Felt this bait and switch tactic is commonplace by the property owners.“
