„Bei Ankunft musste der Kühlschrank geputzt werden, die Kopfkissen waren fleckig und die Küchenschubladen voller Spuren der Vormieter und sehr unaufgeräumt. Das Esszimmer ungepflegt + schmuddelig. Die Vermieterin zeigte sich uneinsichtig.“
