„Wir haben in einem tollen, sehr gut eingerichteten und nahezu neuem Haus gewohnt. Das Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt - und es war sehr sauber! Wir haben die Zeit genossen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett. Die kontaktlose Übergabe war klasse! Wir würden wieder hierher kommen. Da der Ort vor einigen Jahren komplett abgebrannt war, ist es schön zu sehen, dass der Ort wieder zum Leben erweckt.“

„Such a beautiful location. It’s at the end of the street, up against the mountains. The fog coming off the mountains in the morning was beautiful. This is a large property with lots of other units but the space was private, parking was easy and lots of access to amenities. Loved our stay!“

„Loved this cute bungalow home. Thought it would be noisy as it is on a little bit busy street but it was quiet and cozy inside. We walked to town for great food and drinks- host left great neighborhood details and recommendations. Close also to great bike trails and the college. Super clean and well appointed. Only two small things-couch is not comfy and the house is slanty. Kind of adds to the charm but is a little disorienting. Host was supper accommodating. Great stay overall.“

„I was in the Chico/Paradise area on business, and this location was perfect, for it was not right in the heart of Chico, and yet very easy access to Paradise. The property is in a very quiet, safe area. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very nice and hot. „We were in Chico to pack up my daughter and loved how close the house is to the CSUChico. Very spacious with an outdoor seating area in the back. Annie was there cleaning leaves that had fallen to make sure we could enjoy the back yard which we did with a glass of wine. Very responsive to a few questions we had. Loved the little extras like the snacks and the ice cream coupons. We have three years left to visit the area and will definately stay again.“

„This place is exactly what it promises: available host when needed with a good sense of humor, downtown Chico very close, but the best is the access (behind the house!) to Chico Creek with walk and bike way for miles. Nice neighborhood and nice people all around! We will definitely stay here again when and if we return!“
