Lots of hotels talk "service"; these guys just get on and live it. From Maila, possibly the sweetest and nicest hotel receptionist ever, or Walter, who seemed to be always there at the desk to help, everyone there just does everything one could think of to make everything perfect, and then a step further, such as baking fresh croissants just for us to take with us for our 6am departure (and apologising that he did not have any take-away cups to make us cappucinos). Hotel is in immaculate condition. If you like the very best, you will love this hotel.
