„Started out disappointed as rented the ENTIRE property. This is not the case - you have shared kitchen with CCTV. Finished disappointed as accused of having child and making a racket. They forgot to check when we left and CCTV cameras - we weren’t even there. As for room - when we arrived heating was not going - they promptly got to fix issue. Room was lovely but hair on bed and floor - not ours! Location is very central- so good “

„First impressions Cromford Road a very dangerous and noisy road . Several health and safety issues.Scaffolding in the front and rear of property No keys to get out back of house. However on the whole the property met our needs. Lovely bedrooms kitchen ,bathrooms and sitting room . The games room was ideal for my grandchildren.“

„when me and my friends got to the apartment we waited outside for 25 minutes trying to get into the apartment and rang two different numbers for someone to help us and all they could say was 'well all you can do is wait for someone to go into the hotel and you follow them in' which is outrageous. when we paid for the hotel through here less than 24 hours notice they messaged me and wanted a £35 WEEKLY cleaning fee when we are only staying there for only one night? Lots of rowdy venues nearby but the apartment was just far enough away to stop this from being intrusive. One minor observation. I was surprised to find a socket for a round pin plug but no USB port. “
