„Very inflexible. We had a booking and our daughter got sick and was in hospital for a week. We tried twice to request a postponement of one week via the Hotels.com customer service. After several days of no response, we called the accommodation directly. We asked if we could postpone the booking by 1 week as they showed availability during that time at the same price but hey refused and charged us 100% for no show saying that the booking could not be cancelled. Very bad customer service.“

„My partner and I had a great stay here! Facilities were great. Bathroom nice and clean, shower warm with good water pressure. Bed very comfortable! Reserve system air conditioner kept us lovely and toasty. You can hear the highway traffic but honestly wasn’t that bad. Didn’t disturb us at all. “

„Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Unsere Lotus-Suite war wunderbar dekoriert, heimelig und mit neuem Bad. Im Kühlschrank war alles (und noch viel mehr) für 3 Tage Frühstück, welches wir immer auf der ruhigen Terrasse mit Blick in den Wald genossen. Russ war für Fragen immer da, drängte sich aber nicht auf. “

„It was cold, dark and the rain had started to fall. We were late arriving but that was no trouble. The staff were friendly and hospitable and suggested the restaurant within the complex for our dinner. Brilliant ! Some delicious options there. The room was basic but was clean had everything we needed. A mattress topper wouldn’t go astray. Tea and coffee and bikkies appreciated ! Above all fantastic service from the team.“

„Late Checkin kein Problem, ich bekam auch eine Email was ich dann machen soll. Zimmer komplett neu, sehr sauber, groß, komfortabel und modern. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Das Motel ist zudem das günstigste in der Umgebung! Wir haben zuerst nur eine Übernachtung gebucht und haben uns spontan für eine weitere entschieden.“

„My husband stayed at the sky cabin for 3 days over the Christmas break. We loved our stay!!. Nonie and John were very helpful, responsive and approachable. They are wonderful hosts!. . We loved the views the comfort of the lodge, the lovely decor with the rustic look, the out door shower and bath!! Loved it all.. thanks a lot, we will surely come back.“

„Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay. Nicci was a great host answering all the questions we had prior to arrival. The property was perfect and a fully met our expectations. As a family we all really enjoyed the games room and the property would also be just as perfect for a couple. Quick access to the freeway meant day trips were a busy as was getting into Cooroy for a trip to the supermarket. We are looking forward to staying again.“

„Home away from home with all of the appliances and furnishings to make our stay very comfortable. The front door was a bit of a challenge, the vinyl flooring was was tacky and when I wore my white socks around the first night the bottoms were filthy.“
