My wife & two small kids did everything this week from bowling, to late night swimming, enjoying s'mores by the fire to walking the nature trails and fishing in the pond. Memories that will last a lifetime! The staff and hospitality is the best at WFL - thank you and cant wait to go back!“

„Beautiful place. Highly recommend taking advantage of offerings from resort or you will be sitting around alot. Enjoyed Bee Hive expereince and fly fishing off campus. Food & Bev good, but should be better. Slow turns at tables, luke warm dishes and not a true sense of service until the last night we enjoyed a great dinner there. New Paultz worth a drive too. Rent bikes and hit rail trail!“

„This was our second time staying at the Turning Stone Lodge. The hotel is beautiful. Last time the pool was closed but we had a chance to use it this trip. My only complaint is how badly the pool is monitored. Many kids of all ages were swimming without adult supervision. It was extremely hard to enjoy it. Kids were jumping off the stone divider between the pool & hot tub. Very dangerous. I was swimming with my son who is in a wheelchair and I was scared that he would get hit by all the sports ...

„Ein zentral gelegenes Hotel am Ortsausgang. Wundervoller Blick direkt auf dem Mirror Lake. Absolut ruhig und komfortabel.“

„The resort was nice and the room was decent but the bed was sub-par. Considering how much we paid I can not believe how bad the bed was. I understand it was a Murphy bed but there is no excuse for the horrible linens. Mattress was too small and uncomfortable and the linens were so cheap. Only one old scratchy blanket that we had to share.“

„Grosses Hotel direkt am St.Lorenz mit Blick auf Fähranleger und Wasser, alle Zimmer mit Balkon. Gratis Parkplatz, nette Innen- und Aussenpools, gemütliche Bar für Happy-Hour Drinks. Frühstück haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Ortskern ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreicht, dort gibt es viele Restaurants. Bootsanleger Uncle SAM Boat Tours ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar.“

„Was soll ich sagen. Vor 30 Jahren war dieses Resort sicherlich ein Hit. Es sind mir ein paar Dinge negativ aufgefallen: die Rutsche im Außenpool war außer Betrieb, der Boden im hauseigenen Bistro hat so vibriert (die Damen vom Service sagten mir dass das Generatoren sind) dass ich erschrocken bin, Restaurant völlig überteuert (Preise wie in Disneyland), Minigolf kostet 9 Dollar pro Person und die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Positiv war für mich die Pool-Bar, kleine Küche im Zimmer, ...

„Unique location, lodge and rooms have character. Quick drive to whiteface mountain. The restaurant has a good vibe and was packed on Saturday night. Kids liked the game room. Staff was helpful when we needed some extra service in the room. “

„die gläser der letzten partynacht standen auch um 14:30 uhr am nächsten tag noch auf allen tischen der terrasse. ein besuch der außenbar war trotz der üppigen resort fee von über 200 usd pro tag nicht möglich, weil zuviele gästen von außerhalb da waren. lage ist aber super. wir werden kein weiteres mal kommen.“

„We did enjoy and we have been here several times but def needs some upgrades especially arcade and prizes! It was kids week (presidents week) wish there was some more free activites and kid friendly movies day we were their it was Oppenheimer both 10am and 9pm! Pool was great thw inflatables and soccer room great the dining room staff wonderful!!“
