„The property is located high on a cliff with a beautiful view of the Cappadocia region. The hotel is amazing, the room was excellent, clean, cozy, quiet and comfortable. The hotel decoration is high quality. Staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful, they try to do everything to make your stay smooth. The only downside is the restaurant. „ Unfortunately the personal stuff on the reception was horrible. They were not helpful or kind. We asked them twice which time our shuttle will come on the next day for the transport to the airport and they have said the wrong time. We got confirmed the time even in handwritten form. Furthermore the stuff on the reception couldn’t speak English as well and they didn’t care if you tell them problems or concerns.
