„The owners were "over the top" with their welcoming and supportive communications. The kitchen was well stocked, with everything you might need or have forgotten. The living spaces were comfortably furnished. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Bathroom is small but functional. We enjoyed our time in the area and visiting with the owners. I would definitely consider coming back.“

„Jordan's flat is terrifically located. Easy to get anywhere in and around St. John's. House was very clean and well appointed. We didn't cook there, but everything needed is available. Jordan responded promptly with any questions or issues.“

„The neighbourhood is in need of serious renovation compared to other districts in St. John’s. The apartment also needs overhaul. Everything is substandard. It's dark. Various minor repairs are required. Decoration and furniture are old-fashioned and have no charm. Even towels are frayed and gray from overwashing. It is not a place where one feels at home. We ended up leaving after just one night. We asked for a partial refund to no avail.“

„This apartment is the ideal location to explore St. John's. Next to all interesting places, from Signal Hill to The Rooms and George Street etc. It is very individual and charming. Katie is very helpful and obliging. We had a lot of fun being there, sitting on that marvellous terrace looking over the harbour to The Narrows and to Signal Hill, We really recommend that apartment.“
