„Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. You will be in your car to go to beach and restaurants as its beyond what most people would walk. Its 30 plus minutes to walk to beach and if you wanted a chair or cooler or any such thing its ...

„We three adults stayed here for 2 nights. It was charming and in a good location. Having the bathroom attached to the bedroom was ok for us but not great. The sofa bed in the living room was broken. I managed ok on it but a large person and certainly 2 would not. It's a sweet place for up to 3-4 people if they share a bed--definitely cozy--(great shower!)“

„We have been in this holiday home with a friends group of 9 people and everything was so nice. The terrace was located so that you had the feeling to be alone there and also the beach was a dream! Since it was a private beach it is very empty there. All in all a perfect stay in a perfectly equipped and beautifully furnished holiday home. We had a great time and can highly recommend it!“
