„Das Apartment reicht für zwei Personen völlig aus. Die Lage ist sehr gut, bis zum Geschehen ist es nicht sehr weit. Die Baustelle von der schon vorher berichtet wurde ist immer noch da, hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Miami reisen, würden wir dieses Apartment wieder buchen.“

„Pros: Location is fantastic. Steps from the beach and free trolly is located right outside. The view is absolutely stunning. Cons: There is no vent in the kitchenette so cooking can be challenging. There is also something wrong with the next door neighbor’s door as it needs to be slammed shut for it to close. Every time it slams you hear it very loudly in the apartment. Overall very pleasant and relaxing stay!“

Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufieden, wobei es schon kleine Schönheitsfehler gibt (Bäder/ Ceranfeld ) mit denen wir aber gut leben konnten. Wenn es was zu kritisieren gibt, waren es die elektronischen Schlüssel (Chips) die wir von der Hausverwaltung des Ocean Reserve erhalten haben und die für den Zugang ins Haus (Parkplatz, Poolanlage, Fittnesraum) benötigt wurden. Diese mussten mindestens alle zwei Tage ...

„Immaculate, spacious apt on top floor of small 3-story bldg in the middle of all South Beach has to offer. . Literally just steps from dozens of lively bars and restaurants, not to mention the best beach in the world! Fully furnished and stocked, comfortable bed and sofa, 2 tvs (not that come to south beach for television). . Arrangements were quick and easy, Dan is an attentive and responsive host. Definitely my 1st choice on my next visit to SB!“

„This place was easy to check into and is exactly as advertised. The view is fantastic! Many of the reviews mention building infrastructure noise, and I agree with those reviews. It might be the plumbing. A few small things would make this place so much better: sturdier/larger beach chairs, larger beach towels, and a broom with dust pan. If you rent it, plan ahead and bring your own beach towels or blanket!“

„We went from Germany to Miami in August with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and had a wonderful time. The flat was lovely. Everything you need is available. It is in a quiet and well maintained residential area. We felt very comfortable and safe. In 5 minutes you are at the Beach (walking distance!!!). A small supermarket is right around the corner. „Nichts für schwache Nerven. Erbärmlicher alter Zustand von Zimmer 1224. Batteriemeldung Eingangstür schwach. Licht beim Bett kaputt. Dusche schimmlig und hält nicht mehr. TV läuft nicht oder falsches Gerät dazu. Fenster kann minim mit viel Kraft geöffnet werden, aber bleibt keinen Spalt offen. Küchenschrank bei Spühle fällt auseinander. Küchenabdeckung schräg und gebrochen, nur notdürftig geklebt und repariert. Valet parking nur mit Personal... bei Ankunft mind. 30min angestanden für Check-in ...

„Nice location if you want to be close to the beach and have the comfort of a full 1 bedroom unit with kitchen. Rooms could need an update and and few more things to make the kitchen complete. I have only had coffee mugs and no glasses. But overall a very pleasant stay. Room was clean and the outside areas are well well maintained. Would definitely stay here again if it’s more than a week and you don’t like hotel stays too much “

"We spent two nights in this hotel and were absolutely delighted. We were impressed by the exemplary cleanliness and the incredibly friendly staff! After checking out, we were allowed to spend a few hours on the beautiful rooftop before our departure. Yoga classes were also held there several times a week. If we travel to Miami again, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren absolut begeistert. Die vorbildliche Sauberkeit und das unglaublich freundliche Personal haben uns beeindruckt! Nach dem Auschecken durften wir vor unserer Abreise noch ein paar Stunden auf der wunderschönen Dachterrasse verbringen. Dort fanden auch mehrmals wöchentlich Yoga-Stunden statt. Wenn wir wieder nach Miami reisen, werden wir uns auf jeden Fall wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden. "
