„Beautiful hotel in the centre of Leeds, shops, bars and restaurants all close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Dean and his colleague on reception when we checked in as they recommended 2 amazing restaurants. Dean was fantastic and always warm and friendly whenever you saw him. Loved this hotel and would happily go back. “

„Hotel and location great. Toilet blocked in the morning and we told reception when we went to breakfast but still wasn’t fixed when we came back an hour later. Had to call again and insist someone comes to sort out it as there isn’t a toilet brush in the room, finally someone came but initially they said there were no maintenance people , it was 7:30 am when we first told them “

„I had several problems with my stay at this hotel. it‘s more like a motel in a bad condition. The price is way too high for what you get. It is old and probably nothing was renovated during the opening many years ago. My AC was leaking and almost destroyed my laptop, had to change room (I was not the only one during my stay). You can’t open the windows in the rooms. Both rooms were musty and in poor condition. I woudn‘t recommend to choose this hotel and would not go there again.“
