„Wir waren im Oktober 2022 für 9 Tage mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern zu Gast und hatten einen tollen Urlaub, in dem wir viel Zeit am und im Pool verbracht haben. Durch die Poolheizung war das Wasser auch im Herbst angenehm warm. Die Villa war sehr sauber, der Check-in verlief problemlos über einen Schlüsseltresor. „This a great villa with the beach literally a stones throw away. It's very spacious (we were a party of 7) inside and out. There are some parts of the villa that need some repairs when we were there (around the pool). There is not much around the villa but there is a restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car an explored the local area and drove to Ayia Napa. Larnaca itself is very nice with lots of bars and restaurants. This is one of the best we've stayed. I would recommend it.“

„We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Anita + Brian's Villa in Pyla. The house offers every comfort you need on vacation, everything is really taken care of. The large pool, what to say about it, explains itself: a Dip in it before breakfast or after a strenuous tour in the heat. The temperatures on Cyprus allow also sometimes a short dive at night time. The house in Pyla is very well located: The beach can be reached in about 10min by foot. There are some smaller supermarkets for daily needs ...

„This property although in a convenient and nice area was a bit dated. In March it was cold and the heating system was not working. We also could not gain access to the safe. The lock on the front door was also tricky and needs replacing. Despite contacting the owners through the provided portal they promised to get the heating looked into but no one came. They didn’t even respond about the safe. Overall poor service which is a shame as could have been a lot better!!“

„We have stayed in this villa before. We love the location, size and the fact that it contains everything we need for a lovely holiday. It was 11 years ago that we stayed there and there were some changes. The only negative thing about the place is that it needs a little bit of a refurb to bring the furniture both inside and outside up to date and although it was clean and tidy, there were things that could have been cleaned to show that it is really being taken care of eg the glass fencing ...

„We stayed for three weeks in December 23 Overall we enjoyed staying at this property, a few things needed attention, a very badly burnt microwave which was only replaced after two weeks. The lighting system was chaotic, we never managed to work out which switch did which light! The entrance needed a good clean.. Pillows needed replacing. „Tough to get a hold of at first but once we exchanged WhatsApp numbers he was very attentive and responsive. We had an issue upon arrival and he took care of the issue with swiftness and even refunded a night while things were sorted out. Overall nice place and as listed. Parking was a bit tough but we got used to the tight driveway by the end of it. :-)“
