Nancy answered questions promptly, we didn’t have many, everything was neatly placed in a binder near the kitchen, great reference and it provided area maps with ideas on restaurants and shopping. „Brad, the owner of the condo, is outstanding with respect to communication with vacation renters. Any question we had, he answered promptly. As this is a "condo" the assumption should be that renters are likely cooking a good portion of their stay. As such, a few little extra's like serving bowls (once you cook the food, you need somewhere to put it, like meats or pastas or vegetables). Similarly, a few extra baking or roasting pans would have been helpful. We are greek and italian, so the ...

„Jim is an unbelievable host and resource for the local and surrounding areas. The house has every amenity possible for the kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, and bedrooms. Very close proximity to beach and the town of Dana Point.“
