The overall communication for checking in, instructions for how to check out and getting a hold of anyone was a bit of an issue. "Eines der schönsten Hotels (neben Bellagio LV und Del Coronado San Diego), die wir erlebt haben. Wir wurden beim Check-In sehr freundlich, unter anderem mit zwei Gläsern Sekt und einem persönlich adressierten Willkommensbrief auf dem Zimmer empfangen. Das Zimmer war grosszügig, dabei sehr charmant und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wobei das Kaminfeuer noch für eine besonders behagliche Atmosphäre sorgte. Das vorzügliche Frühstück a la carte genossen wir mit schönem Blick auf den See. Wir werden dieses Hotel bei nächster Gelegenheit liebend gerne wieder wählen. Au revoir et bon chance."
