„We had a wonderful 4 days at Iris Cottage. Set in beautiful countryside, the accommodation was lovely and the facilities on site were perfect for our group. Swings and play room for youngest to tennis, snooker and golf for older ones. The swimming pool was used by all of us. Would definitely recommend for all ages. We are looking forward to visiting again“

„We did spend a week here and enjoyed our stay. Cottage had everything we needed, and more. It was clean and cozy. As we had good luck with beautful weather we also spent a lot of time on summer house. Great views and nice spot to follow how water in the creek comes and goes.“

„Very spacious, well resourced property. Comfortable for a large family gathering and providing a home from home. Disappointing to find that bbqs were not allowed. Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. It's position on the South West Coast path meant access to some lovely walks. We were disappointed to find a large caravan park opposite which wasn't mentioned in the property details and the bin ...
