„As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. „Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb.“

„This seasoned property was well-situated in a small village just across the pond from the local pub. It provided us with plenty of room for five adults and was a good home base for exploring some of the coastal areas of Norfolk. We loved the ability to have a fire in the fireplace each night. „Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in der "Old Chapel" in Syderstone. Das haus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns Sandringham angeschaut, waren am Strand in Holkham und Brancaster, sind durch Burnham Market gebummelt etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!“

„We had a fabulous few days at the cottage as a family of 4. It was clean and cosy, with lovely touches such as a welcome basket and good quality bedding - my husband was especially pleased with the double ninja air fryer. The sunny walled garden was a delight to sit out in, with lovely garden furniture. Our host was also wonderful, with great communication. „So pleased to have found this beautiful holiday home which was perfect for a quiet family birthday celebration. Deceptively spacious, very comfortable and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Loved the sun room overlooking the huge enclosed garden which was ideal for the dog. Beach was seconds away and the new hot tub was a great bonus. Overall, impossible to fault!“

„The house is massive, with 6 double bedrooms, very comfy beds, 3 bathrooms, nice toiletries and good size towels. The garden is beautiful, the kitchen is modern with everything you need. The only slight downside is that is is on the main road coming into Kings Lynn so you have constant traffic noise, however it is only a few minutes walk from the town centre, riverside and parks. Great house for a large group. The property managers are very helpful.“

„The Ffokes hotel is in a great location for Sandringham, although the only thing in the village is a garage as well as the Ffokes restaurant. The room was absolutely stunning - immaculately clean, excellent interior design, with a fridge and all amenities thought of. The en-suite was huge and beautifully designed. Steep stairs going up to room in the roof. All staff friendly and professional, car park easy and secure. Breakfast was great with lovely homemade yoghurt and granola pots. “

"We had a rather mixed experience at Wenns Chop & Ale House. While the location was great and the restaurant offered some great options, the room left much to be desired. The disappointment began when we entered our room. What we have booked was advertised as a deluxe apartment on Hotels.com. The pictures on the platform had promised a spacious room with a comfortable sofa and an impressive bathtub in the middle of the room, along with a view of the minster. The listing even mentioned a city view, instead, what we received was a dark and gloomy room. We discovered a sizable puddle of water beneath the bathtub shortly after moving in. We promptly informed a staff member who attended to it, but the incident left us uneasy, and we never used the bathtub during our short stay. Moreover, the room appeared dated and worn, with a view of a few old chimneys. Adding to the room's sad ambiance, an iron & ironing board were placed hapharzardly in one corner. The room, labeled as the King Studio, was definitely not a deluxe apartment. The staff member at check-in appeared tired or perhaps not very motivated. We wondered if this was the reason we were assigned a room that did not resemble the ones advertised. The central location and inviting pub were positives, most staff members were very friendly. The overall stay was acceptable but not what we have expected when we looked at the listing."
