„Radisson Blu was perfect for our stay in Rwanda!! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Our entire stay we marvelled at how often we were offered help and service. The dining options were fantastic, the breakfast buffet had everything you could want as some new things to try. Linda in guest relations goes out of her way to help make your stay extra special. The Kigali Heights Mall across the street was great. Would definitely stay here again!“

„Do not stay here, total false advertisement. We went to Kigali for a conference and booked this hotel for the week, but This place is defined not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, disgusting and very old carpets and curtains, very poor lighting, not flat screen tv’s and barely working to non existent wifi. All of these advertised in their website. My bathroom had no shower curtain, so everytime I showered, the whole thing was flooded, and these are no tube with jets. Finally, my colleague ...

„Arrived at 02h00 in the morning and the requested Pick-up was not there. Arrived in the hotel, the room was not Ready (at two o´clock in the morning!!!). I had to wait 30 minutes. The guy didn´t care about.. .The fact that the Hotel was already Paid (confirmation with me), I had to pay the full rate again. The guy seemed to be amused. The room was small, dirty and full of Moskitos. The bed was ok by the way. For this price the Hotel isn´t what you should expect - especially in this lovely ...

„This is an older hotel in a very nice neighborhood. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We really appreciated the shuttle ride to the hotel from the airport. Employees were all friendly and helpful. They were somewhat confused with the hotels.com reservation but let us stay anyway. “

„Generally nothing so special to write home about this place. The apartments are rather noisy at night as they are close to the main road so the first couple of days were a bit uncomfortable. Frequent power outages and the stand-by generator was usually turned on 5 - 10 minutes later. For the amount of money paid, the services aren't as good.“
