„Super schöne Lage (hatten Unterkunft direkt am Ozean), grosszügige Raumgestaltung. Schade gab es keinen direkten Zugang um im Ozean zu schnorcheln. Aufpreis für Klimaanlage finden wir für eine solche Unterkunft und in dieser Klimazone übertrieben. Auch die sehr hohe Reinigungspauschale ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Für uns sind dies versteckte Kosten, welche eigentlich im offiziellen Preis enthalten sein sollten (würde aber natürlich Kundschaft abschrecken).“

„Die Unterkunft ist zentral und das Zimmer schön mit genügend Platz, einer Küche und Waschmaschinen und Tumbler. Etwas staubig und die Handtücher zum Teil nicht gut gewaschen. Ausserdem gibt es keinen Zimmerservice, was man von einem 3-Sterne-Hotel erwarten dürfte (wir haben es bei der Buchung übersehen).“

„Great condo not far from town. Nice pool with hot tub, very clean. This unit was truly ocean front with large lanai and access from the bedroom or living area. Pretty quiet laid-back area, nice tide pools out front. Bring your reef shoes! We would stay at the Kona Bali Kai again.“

Above all else though is the location as you really couldn’t ask for a better location with a perfect view of the sunset every night. „Condo was beautiful! Beach was right out the lani window. Gorgeous view! Surfers, tidepools to enjoy, excursion boats going by. Shopping just down the street. Condo had just about everything we would need; i kicked myself for packing so much. Holly surprised us with some treats in the kitchen to enjoy! We had a fabulous vacation and really plan on staying here again!“

„We loved this perfect “Home Away From Home” condo. The Pacific Ocean directly across the front street Ali’i Drive and the location is exactly situated within minutes walking to everything. The secured parking was a bonus and hassle free. What we loved most was the condo had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. Extra pillows and blankets and beach gear too!!“

„They recently instituted pool rules that state no yelling and no flotation devices. Children who play in the pool occasionally yell as part of their playtime. Our granddaughter at 5 months old had a flotation device that allowed her to safely sit and have protection from the sun while enjoying the water. Now according to their new rules, this isn't allowed. So buyer beware.“

„This was a perfect destination for my family and i. Kitchen set up.for full meals, clean, spacious, and oh man the views. The sunsets off the lanai were spectacular. Easy walking to everything in town, and a great starting point for longer destinations. Beach outside the door, waves crashing, it was awesome. Easy to get to, only caveat is you need to be a pretty good at parking in tight spots. The garage is clean, safe, and small. Other than that, awesome all around.“

„This is a very outdated place, pretty rundown, and rude an in friendly management, 300 $$ for a 30yo ugly sofa bed .. don’t expect sand beaches it’s a fake and rocks allow no beach access. Avoid this place.“

„Large apartment and basically nice facility. Apartment had only one queen bed, although we had booked a king bed. There was no air conditioning available. So we had to sleep at about 30 degrees Celcius (90 degrees Fahrenheit), which was anything but relaxing. So these were the 4 worst nights on our 4 week Hawaii trip. An alternative room with air conditioning was - on repeated requests - although promised, but never offered. A compensation was not done. Therefore, we can not recommend this ...
