„Nice Hotel and excellent design. That's it.
- Villa was not ready to move in by 2 p.m. - as agreed. We had to wait.
- Bathroom and toilet was dirty.
- Selection for the breakfast has to be made one day in advance and was not as expected.
Second coffee or juice etc. on the next day has to be paid extra.“
„Schimmelige Kopfkissen und Bäder. Fleckige Bettlaken. Überall Haare, Staub, Dreck. Kein wirklich warmes Wasser unter der Dusche. Und gegen 9 Uhr wird man geweckt, weil die Zimmer gereinigt werden sollen!
Die Mitarbeiter schienen maximal desinteressiert. Wir haben direkt nach der ersten Nacht ausgecheckt und eine Kostenerstattung eingefordert.
