„Die Unterkunft hat Residences / Wohnungen und ist somit kein Hotel. Es gibt kein Frühstück im Haus, das Dinner Restaurant war geschlossen an allen Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes. Tägliches Zimmerservice nur für zusätzlich 100$ pro Tag. Somit keine frischen Handtücher........Keine Minibar im Zimmer und eine dürftige Infrastruktur - minimarkt - ca 10min Fussmarsch. plus der Strand aber auch hier keinerlei Service am Strand die Zimmerausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen“

The view from the covered back porch was stunning, as was the house. Misty and Christian were the best hosts anyone could hope for. They answered all of our questions (and we had alot), loaned us fishing poles, guided us on places to visit, and were always just a message away. „This was our second time staying here. It is right on the beautiful Treasure Cay Beach. Water pressure was a bit of an issue but that was all over the area not a specific issue with this unit. Ivan lives right behind this unit so very reachable and responsive. We rented a car, rented golf carts and rented a boat. We hit 7 Cays in 7 days. We would definitely rent here again.“

„AC was not working on arrival in the Boat House. But the repair guy showed up in less than an hour and fixed the problem. This is not a knock but rather a compliment. I am a VRBO landlord and tenant. Problems occur. The measure of a STVR landlord is in solving problems. The service here, from the owner and the near site property manager was excellent. „We had the best week in this wonderfully appointed 3 bedroom 3 full bath condo. I especially loved the high ceilings and the proximity to the beach, pool and pool bar and grill. „Overall, our stay at this location in Marsh Harbour was very enjoyable. Easy drive or ferry ride to to other beaches, islands, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Nice water at our beach. Kayaking was very enjoyable from our beach where we saw turtles. A/C worked very well also, which was nice at night. The only issue we had was with the water pressure at our house. It was weak to sometimes zero depending on the time of day.“
