„Overall a very pleasant stay! Hotel is very modern and clean, staff is very friendly. The location next to Mall of America and airport is great! Of course it gets noisy from time to time due to aircrafts starting and landing, but you can't stay next to an airport and expect total quietness. Downside: We were surprised to learn that breakfast (was included in our booking) is limited to one beverage and meal per person - everything else needs to be paid extra. The quality of the food was amazing ...

„Das Hotel hat nur für eine Übernachtung nach Ankunft am Flughafen gedient. Da das Hotel nicht auf meine Email-Anfragen bezüglich Shuttle vom Airport zum Hotel geantwortet hat, habe ich mir für ca. 30US$ ein Taxi genommen. Checkin war schnell erledigt, es gab 2 Flaschen Wasser dazu. Obst war in der Lobby verfügbar, das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Tagsüber fährt immer zur vollen Stunde ein Shuttle zum Airport“

„My room was not clean, bed and bathroom were used by someone and her was a very strong after shave oder. Windows couldn't be opened to let it out. Telephone did not work, so I had to go down to reception to complain, They gave me another room, It was better but light in hall didn't work. As I had to catch early flight I didn't care anymore and crashed. The beds were very comfortable however. “

They provide an excellent shuttle service to and from the airport where you can leave your car in their parking lot for less than what it would cost you to park at the airport. The shuttle to the airport is basically a 10 minute drive. And the shuttle leaves every 30 minutes. Getting picked up was also a breeze.
