„The property is very well maintained. It is very clean and welcoming.Its really nice yo have basic staples in the kitchen so we didnt have to run out and buy all spices. Coffee and tea were also stocked. Its a quiet little area other than boats and water planes coming and going, which to us is part of the charm. This was our second time staying here and looking forwsrd to our next.“

„The kids and chaperones were playing a game inside and outside and sat on or against the hot tub cover, and the owner cursed and yelled at them over the outdoor camera. It was very unprofessional to curse at and yell at young people like that. The chaperone tried to have a reasonable conversation but the host continued to yell and curse at her over the camera. She ruined their one night in Kodiak. We will not stay with this host or at any of her properties again.“
