„The owners were very responsive, and went above and beyond to check in with us throughout our stay! They even helped us out when we forgot something there. The house was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. It is right by the dock and there is a cart to use if you have items that are harder to carry. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to Tenakee! The hot springs are a short walk away, and a great way to unwind and warm up!“

„This was the perfect getaway to truly disconnect from civilization for a while. A truly unique experience. The house is perfectly located on the waterfront with a view of the water in the mountains, with whales and seals swimming past. Our host took great care of us, including picking us up at the dock. There are some good local hiking, just watch out for the bears. Food and groceries are available, though limited. Everything is walkable, and there is beauty all around.“

„Three of us from Fairbanks stayed two nights at Tuck and Lisa’s lodge, it was just amazing!! We saw seals, whales, and hummingbirds everyday from the deck. They let us use their kayaks and we could get closet to the small island where more than a hundred seals were resting. All of us are planning to go back to stay here in the future! Five stars :)!“
