„We have lodged at numerous hotels in the area. The Ragged Cot beats them all…Excellent staff, excellent location, excellent food.(especially the free breakfast).Excellent value. Nice warm room. Safe free parking. Good free WiFi. The restaurant menu is excellent. However, I would recommend that the management consider adding a “lighter bites” menu…The portions on the main menu are large! Well done to all the staff. “

„Had a great time at Burleigh court, staff and hotel are amazing and the food blew us away, would highly recommend to anyone look for a quiet retreat. Only downside is the facilities and needs a hot tub open all year round or a sauna. All opening back up in summer so will have to come back!! Highly recommend the Woodchester wine tour and the clay pigeon shooting!!!! Thanks to everyone that made our stay magical. James and Grace x“

„Charming hotel with a lot of atmosphere as well in the restaurant as in my room and outside. Late arrival was no problem with key in a key safe. Unfortunately my room had carpet although I booked without for allergy reasons. Good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast starts at 8 which is a bit late for a business trip.“

„Lovely place to stay and spotlessly clean Our disappointment was the size of the room we paid extra for a standard double room rather than the small double , we were given room 14 which on reflection seems more like it was a small double as it only had one bedside table and a very small gap down the other side and caught my leg on bed end when getting back down the small gap. The bed was nice and comfy but could have done with extra pillow in wardrobe ( appreciate this is personal choice ) ...
