„This house was perfect for our blended group of adults and kids. The first morning I took my nephews snorkeling we saw sea turtles and they were so excited and a couple days later my niece found a stingray. Watching the sunsets every night while drinking a beer taking a heated outdoor shower was amazing! The kitchen was a great size for our big group for meals. The back covered patio was where we spent a lot of our family time relaxing and hanging out.“

„This a great property that functions well for large events. The rooms are laid out hotel style so plenty of privacy with a large common room and kitchen on the top floor. The pool, gym, and theater are a definite bonus. The property has a short private path that opens onto a public beach. I cant recommend this place enough.“

„It has been more than 10 years that we came back to Kauai. We were specifically looking for place away from the tourists spaces and any crowds. Nene nest was that spot. A very low key area in a local neighbourhood with its historic ambience. And yes there are roosters! Kekaha Beach is a wonderful place overlooking Niihau where you can spend time walking for hours. You have to drive there and of course you need a car. Major Shopping would be best to do when you arrive in Lihue at Safeway or ...

„Comfortable studio apartment above the main residence is located in a typical, residential neighborhood about a fifteen minute walk to the beach. There are no amenities within walking distance. The adorable little town of Haleiwa is a fifteen minute drive and is full of tourist amenities. The four large dogs on the property do bark during the nights and early morning hours but not continuously. The “orchard” is a dozen trees that do bear some fruit despite being neglected. „Wir konnten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus in Waimea verbringen. Alles und noch viel mehr, was man benötigt war vorhanden, die Nähe zum Waimea Canyon war phantastisch, der Garten einmalig, das naheliegende Steakhaus hervorragend. Die Organisation durch den Veranstalter war perfekt. Wenn irgendwann mal wieder Kauai, dann wieder hier.“
