„This cabin is tiny, but cozy. Everything we needed was there. We stayed here to be close to SIU for our granddaughter’s graduation. The drive to the school was easy. The setting on the lake was very pretty & peaceful. We were pleased to find we could bring our pup. He enjoyed his walks on the quiet road. The hosts are so very friendly & quick to answer all questions.“

„The cabin was great. It was clean, comfortable, and worked great for our needs. The drop down ladder/stairs to the loft were not an issue for our group. The kitchen had just what we needed to make breakfast and dinner. We basically only slept there because we explored all day. We did bbq and have a fire at night.“

„Very cute house and nice area to stay in. Enjoyed the lake and the dock my husband caught a 4 pound bass on a fly rod. He was extremely happy love that it was dog, friendly and easy for my old dog to walk the property overall a very pleasant experience.“

„We loved our stay at the Jaybird Treehouse! It was well maintained, clean, and super cute. The shower was amazing, the beds were super comfortable, and our teenager and their friend loved the trap door and "bunker" under the rest of the treehouse. The ice cream maker was such a nice touch! „Tom was a most gracious host! He provided great information on the area and activities and went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met. His property is a perfect weekend retreat, with little touches, that made it extra special. The people in the area were very welcoming, too!
