The master room old toilet needed replaced (wax ring failure). The property manager was quick to respond and their maintenance person replaced the toilet as quickly as possible. „The property was very nice but could use some attention to the dust on all things.awesome memorabilia of Hank Williams. The floors upstairs move at the end of the twin bed and go down hill a bit in the bathroom. Did contact the cleaning lady when we left to let her know that the washer insides fall apart when you wash clothes. Overall would stay again as it was peaceful and could hear the stream outside and that was nice.“

„This was our 6th time staying at this property! We love it here! We come every 5 years to vacation in Gatlinburg. This property is close to everything we love to do. We go hiking, horseback riding and shopping. We also visit the aquarium downtown and drive a short ways to Dollywood each time.“

There are some switch back curves that are a little hairy - but we hauled a trailer with a bike and managed it ok. „The pros were: The cabin is in a great location, very convenient to the island and Skyliner diner, and other things that we visited, including Dollywood and Parrot Mtn. It was also pet friendly, which is sometimes hard to find. The cons were: The cabin definitely needs new mattresses and pillows. They were very uncomfortable. It also needs new pots and pans.
