„No puedo opinar sobre este apartamento porque nos ubicaron en otro diferente por problemas de agua en el apartamento. El nuevo destino, en la rua da Alfândega, está situado en pleno casco antiguo, paralelo a la avenida Do Mar, a 50 metros del palacio de São Lourenço. El apartamento está muy bien, con un pequeño saloncito y cocina, todo muy bien decorado, moderno y funcional. Etage eines 8-stöckigen Hauses, gute Lage nahe dem Zentrum (ca. 10 min zu Fuß zum großen Supermarkt Pingo Doce; kleine Bäckerei, Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke), Check-in und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat perfekt geklappt. Einziges kleines Manko: Das Bett ist etwas hart und unbequem - das empfindet aber wahrscheinlich jeder anders. Empfehlenswert!“

„I would have given this property 10 + for location and cleanliness. It has an amazing pool, right next to a shopping center, buses to Funchal center and a levada. Alexandro is a guy that manages the apartment and he is super nice and helpful. The only drawback is the noise from the nearby construction site that happens between 9 and 5 pm.
