„We got all the information regarding location, access and parking prior to check in time. The property was very clean and in a quiet location. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend stay. The only negative is that the property was 78 degrees when we arrived about 9pm and it took a couple of hours to cool down. Would recommend getting in the property at check-in to adjust the temperature prior to settling in for the evening. We would definitely stay there again!“

„This place had all that we needed and more. The beds are very comfortable. Living room had plenty of seating. Nice big kitchen and dining room. Very clean. It is conveniently located for shopping. Birch Run and Frankenmuth are only 10 minutes away, and Saginaw is 20 minutes. This home is highly recommended and would love to stay here again. The host responded quickly to our questions.“

„Overall this was an amazing stay. We had a great weekend. Just for future renters, the space appears much bigger in the photos than it actually is. But it’s perfect for 2 people. It should also be noted that there is a shared entrance and no doors keep you secure from the owners possibly entering. However, the owners of the main home were not present during our stay so there were no issues. They also left us snacks!“

„We mostly needed the space for our adult sons and their spouses and another couple as well as my husband and I to stay since everyone came together for a surprise birthday party at a local restaurant. Some came from 3 hours away to attend. We had a room and beds to spare. It was perfect for what we needed. Very nice home.“

„We are Florida snowbird grandparents who were able to gather 5 college grandkids from MSU, Oakland, and OSU for a short visit. What a wonderful, comfortable, homey home for these cousins to unwind together. The kitchen was big enough for everybody to cook together. The kayaks got us outside together, though the yard still looks like winter. „This is a cozy little get away place that we enjoyed very much. Loved the kitchenette for morning coffee and late evening suppers of leftovers warmed in the microwave. We also enjoyed afternoon tea there each day of our stay. Evenings were spent in the lovely front room in front of the television watching retro tv programs...a favorite. The bedrooms and bath were very generous as well. The location is close to downtown and very walkable. We would enjoy staying there again. Thanks!!“

„This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay. It is very aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. The backyard is a perfect setting, with a fire pit right on the water. We sat out there and watched the big swans on the lake. The location was perfect. We attended the Michigan game and the travel to and from the stadium was short and no traffic. There were tons of places to eat that was close by. This property is at the top of my list of places to stay!!!“

„Your home away from home. You need nothing but your clothes and food. You do not need a lot of food as there are a lot of great restaurants. Make sure to bring walking shoes for shopping. What made it extra special was we were able to sit outside and see the Aurora borealis. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with our family.“
