„Wow. An absolutely fabulous property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s beautifully presented and It really is so well equipped. The only thing I would mention is if you have really small dogs (we have a Border Terrier and a Jack Russell) the garden isn’t sufficiently enclosed that they couldn’t escape, but other than, it is a stunning spot for a really fantastic holiday. „We can definitely recommend the Auction House. It is a lovingly furnished cozy cottage. It has a good, central location. A variety of shops can be reached within a few minutes. We felt extremely comfortable and spent a relaxing week in Ryde. Thank you for your warm welcome with cookies and tea!“

„Stayed here with 16 members of the family, aged 10 months to over 70. Games room was perfect, very well stocked kitchen , bedrooms were good, in general the property needs a hug, tired in places. The beaches are accessible by only the sure footed, and we’re not suitable to sit on as there was evidence of rock falls.having said that the coastal walks were perfect“

„We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it.“

Vermieter sehr nett, Kommunikation super! Nettes Cafe mit wlan in der Anlage. 3 Minuten zum Meer, Seaview ist ein toller Ort. Radwege wenige, jedoch ist Radfahren gut möglich.“

"I was there early october and the island was shut down for the winter. This created a deserted melancholic atmosphere that I enjoyed very much. Staff was very helpful with my flight back. It was my first time at the Isle of Wight and it really is a place of outstanding natural beauty. I very much enjoyed my 6 nights there."
