„Die Zimmer im Peppertree sind sehr geräumig mit einer Küchenzeile. Jedes Zimmer hat einen großen Balkon bzw. Terrasse. Es gibt mehrere Swimmingpools, so dass niemand weit zum Pool laufen muss.“

„When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10.“

„We knew it was on the third level but would hesitate to repeat the three flight walk up. If one plans to cook bring your own frying pans. The unit was convenient to the pool and ocean walkway. The top bunk is not suitable for very young children due to the low guardrail and steps were tricky to navigate. The unit was comfortable and fine for 2 nights.“

„We were a group of 5 adults. Nice property with lots of bedrooms and amenities. Right on beach and folks enjoyed the hot tub. A little too early and chilly for pool. Only drawback was we come down in 3 trucks, and parking is really only convenient for 2 vehicles. This neighborhood also has no on-street parking. So 2 vehicles is all this property can accommodate comfortably, which is unusual given the number of bedrooms and people it can accommodate.“
