„Perfect condition, well maintained. Modern decor, has everything and more you could ever want for a weekend getaway. Neat outdoor fire pit just outside on patio. Property owner easy to communicate with, and very helpful. Council Grove is a great small town getaway spot: Hays House excellent dinner; Riverbank Brewery great beer, cool spot; downtown shopping; Saddlerock Cafe great breakfast diner. Would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.“

„Steve's house was really perfect for me and it's location to the Champion's Landing disc golf course was so convenient - and actually convenient to get downtown and around Emporia was really good. House was clean and a great size and felt very comfortable as well as the neighborhood/surrounding area. Steve also was quick to respond and helpful. Would stay again!“

„This house is perfect as a place to host a family gathering. The kitchen is perfectly appointed and well-stocked, the towels are plush, the bedding is great, and every need is thought of in advance. „This place was perfect for our family Christmas. There is enough space that you do not feel like you are on top of each other. The game room was great. It was too cold to use the water toys but it was nice to sit and relax at the deck of the boathouse.
