Drove around the town for a couple hours trying to locate the room because address listed in our check in instructions was inaccurate. „Communication with Courtney, the property manager, was fine until our arrival. We arrived around 4pm and the door code did not work. I called 4 times, and texted many times with ZERO response. We have a friend who knows Courtney’s husband and he gave us a different code. That didn’t work either. Finally Courtney’s husband came down to the unit and got my husband in. „House was ideal for our group, with a large, well-equipped kitchen, large great room and sofa/tv, and an easy walk to the dock where we could keep our boat. Also not far off the main channel and we were able to find a beach just inside the 5 MPF zone. Would definitely stay again.“

„We had a great stay at Desert House I. Tiffany was very accommodating with an earlier check in to get our food in the fridge and get out on the water our day of arrival. The 3 bedroom looked just as the pictures and there was a roll out bed that came in handy. AC works great. Awesome having a private dock for your boat so you don’t have to drop in and out every day.“

„We had such a great time staying at this Pruitt City house, we can't wait to come back. It's a brand-new home. Immaculate. „I reserved this cottage for a fishing tournament. I and my tournament partner both had last-minute crises that kept us from using our reservation. His was personal and mine was medical. So my ratings for the cottage are based on photos and communication with the manager. It is the latter that made me write this review. Courtney’s communication was excellent and she was so gracious about our fiasco. I will try again for my next tournament at Fishers Landing, on Martinez Lake.“
