„Waren auf einem "Zwischemstopp"in diesem Hotelmwas och eher als Motel ansehen bzw. bezeichnen möchte! Das Zimmer wurde leider nur oberflächig gereinigt. Die Klima war so laut,dass man dabei nicht schlafen konnte,sondern lieber ausgeschaltet haben und das Fenster leicht geöffnet... Auch das Frühstück war keine offenbarung-die Auswahl, selbst für amerikanische Verhältnisse, sehr dürftigt. Und teilweise lückenhaft in der Auffüllung. Kann dieses Hotel nocht empfehlen!“

„Our stay at the Creekside Lodge was great! We were helped by the innkeeper Todd who was one of the nicest persons we have ever met. He was so helpful and friendly and really helped to make us feel warm and welcome the entire time. Our unit was a suite and it was very clean on the inside. The Lodge was conveniently located near “everything” in this little town and was a few minute drive from Grover State Park. We would absolutely stay here again. “

„Feeling outdoors-y? If you've been to South Lake and ready for a more remote Tahoe experience, this is a cozy place that's not too remote. Markleeville has creature comforts, so don't worry if you forget some staple items. Grover Hot Springs is worth a visit and a hike to the waterfalls. „The cabin is modern, cozy, and comfortable. We happened to be there on a day that broke heat records for the area and the house remained quite cool. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 1 toddler to relax and recreate together and apart. The river is gorgeous and you really can hear it from almost every part of the cabin. Only advice: bring ice the first day because the fridge icemaker takes about 24 hours to get going. Such a lovely getaway from the concrete jungle!!“

"Ansich eine top Unterkunft, die aber auch gut bezahlt wird. Aber auch in die Jahre gekommen und deswegen steht ja auch ab Anfang 2024 eine langjährige Renovierung an. Wir haben gehört 2 Jahre für den Zugang zum Strand und den Strandbereich…und insgesamt wird die komplette Renovierung wohl 10 Jahre dauern."

"Ein gutes Hotel, wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer das direkten Blick auf den See hatte,traumhaft! leider hat man dan auch den lärm der 4 -spurigen Strasse, die direkt am Hotel liegt. Der Lärm auf dem Balkon war schon sehr störend. Wer also ein Zimmer bucht sollte eines der hinteren Gebäude in betracht ziehen"
