"Room maid and porter have the level of a 4 star hotel. No, reason to complain. However, their front desk is a desaster. I ordered a parcel to be sent to this hotel under my name. I called them to make sure, everything goes well.
When I asked for my parcel they told me 3 times that there isn't any. I have shown them tracking and when it arrived, always the same answer without taking a lot of efforts to check.
Finally I insisted that the lady is checking with her own eyes. Ater 5 min she came back with my parcel. No excuse, no sorry, she was just proud of herself.
The room had no view and looked at a wall which was 2 m away. Changing the room wasn't possible. Again no special efforts, nothing. Just talking it isn't possible.
There are much better and more affordable hotels in downtown Boston"
