„In 4 coppie di amici abbiamo trascorso 3 notti per capodanno in questa splendida villa. Molto spaziosa, con un ampio giardino ben curato e in una zona appena fuori Sanremo molto tranquilla. La villa era ben riscaldata, rifornita di tutti gli accessori di cucina, bbq comodo, e camere molto spaziose. Piccolo neo, la cucina non molto spaziosa, e alcuni piccoli difetti dovuti per me alla non segnalazione degli ospiti, e cioè: pomelli delle porte durissimi da aprire, leve dei doccini bloccati, ...

„Uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen. Danke an Antonio alles hat immer super geklappt die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Antonio wahr super. Die Lage der Villa ist ein Traum mit Meerblick. Schöner Pool zum entspannen. Das Essen bei der Familie von Antonio ist ein Traum man muss es unbedingt in Anspruch nehmen. Gerne werden wir wiederkommen.“

„Wir haben einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub verbracht mit 6 Erwachsenen. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist optimal, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, in zwei Zimmern gibt es sogar zusätzlich einen Whirlpool. Die Kueche ist ganz neu. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, es gibt mehrere Sitzplaetze ums Haus verteilt, Meerblick hat man ueberall. Der Pool ist schön und gross, ebenfalls mit Meerblick, sogar im Pool beim Schwimmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!“

The villa was in the middle of a building site however, fortunately it did not impact the view but there were a few noises and smells from the site during our stay. „The Villa and the property was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and the fact that it had an elevator made it much easier for us given we were all over 65 and the Villa had 4 floors with the basement. However, there were some issues. „Villa confortable, piscine, extérieur et vue magnifique. Malheureusement la propreté laisse à désirer ( piscine et vaisselle sales, poussière sur le mobilier, sol collant, réfrigérateur sentant fort le poisson) et équipement fourni indigne d'une telle location (pas de torchon dans la cuisine, lave vaisselle qui lave mal, pas de bouilloire, vaisselle limitée, pas de robot pour nettoyer la piscine pendant notre séjour).
