„The neighbourhood is in need of serious renovation compared to other districts in St. John’s. The apartment also needs overhaul. Everything is substandard. It's dark. Various minor repairs are required. Decoration and furniture are old-fashioned and have no charm. Even towels are frayed and gray from overwashing. It is not a place where one feels at home. We ended up leaving after just one night. We asked for a partial refund to no avail.“

„To say this place was absolutely amazing would be an understatement. Waking up every morning to the sunrise over the harbor, watching the fishing boats leave and come back at the end of the day, looking over and seeing signal Hill lit up green in the night time…the list goes on and on.
