„The Nest was a lovely place to stay. Good location and very quiet and peaceful. The main bedroom has a good bed and lovely linen. The kitchen is well stocked. Only recommendation I would make is for some outdoor relaxing furniture for those of us who just want to laze around and read books! Otherwise, a lovely stay.“

„I spent three nights in isolation and peace. There were a few initial problems but Sally was very approachable and helpful. The biggest drawback was the number of ants, but some insecticide helped with that. Lying in the bath at night watching the stars, and some satellites and even one shooting star was amazing. The road to the house is somewhat rough, so you might not want to drive your sedan there.“

„This little cottage was clean, neat, light and the perfect place to explore Robe for a few days. Jill was great in communicating with us and checked in with us during our stay. Everything you might need for your stay is provided down to handwash, teatowells, some basic pantry items to a hair-dryer. It is a short drive into Robe and terrific day trips to Kingston and wineries and brewery.“

The manager has provided good ideas and recommendations for visits in the area. The house is beautifully decorated with an amazing outlook over the farmland. „The rural sheep farm offered quiet, a modern cabin, excellent food dinner, a wonderful farm tour that included wallabies, echidnas, a sheepdog herding demonstration, and an up-close sheep shearing demonstration. The owner is gracious and informative in several languages. We spent 2 nights enjoying comfortable beds and the calls of many interesting birds and animals. Nearby we can also recommend the gin distillery tasting and hiking the 3 waterfalls at Mt. Field national park. “
