This was our first time staying in an apartment/hotel, and I can definitely say based on our stay here that we will plan to look for those during future travel. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and staying here made our Norwich vacation extra special. 5 stars!

Nothing was too much for the staff, the breakfast was lovely as was the food. It was our anniversary and we were upgraded to a suite. We will be back.

Very comfortable room. The service was from Hannah the concierge was incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely be choosing to stay here again next time we visit Norwich.

"I loved the swimming pool as well as the hot tub. Lovely place. It was just hot in my bedroom, maybe perfect for the winter. Air conditioning would do for the warmer seasons."
