The hotel was clean, rooms large enough, staff were pleasant. However the hotel is located near a toll bridge and all night there is a bleeping sounds as cars pass. The hotel has tried to deaden the noise with double windows, but it is still noisy

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I’ve rated it low for condition and facilities. That’s for three reasons. 1. The television didn’t work 2. The rooms are a long way from reception. Didn’t really bother me, but could be an issue for elderly or infirm 3. The car parking AT the hotel was £7. No reason for this that I can see, but a revenue stream. Just don’t expect this in 2024.

Me and my parther stayed there for a weekend away it served its purpose well but just a few minor things like the shower pressure is terrible takes ages to warm up and longer to was as the showers are very slow some of the fixtures in the room were not in properly fixed to the wall such as the bottom of the door frame to our bathroom other than that bed was comfy room was clean the complementary soap and shampoos were good overall okay it serves well for a weekend away

Overall the property was good. One day they forgot to clean our room which was a bit inconvenient. Staff usually very friendly but I did have one person at the front desk that didn’t want to assist too much. The rest were great. A bit of a walk to the bus stop and Uber seemed to take a long time to get there all the time. Room was comfortable and clean
