WOW WOW WOW LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

This property did not disappoint!The view is the selling point.The widow slide allows for an incredible amount of fresh sea air to fill the unit.I sat in one of the bar chairs and enjoyed my morning coffee or adult beverage gazing at the never ending surf and watching the people walk by.The trails around Mount Maunganui, as well as up to the top are fun to do.The walk down to the pier by the docks is worth it. It allows you to see the magnificent cruise ships come into dock, being guided by the pilot boats.Mount Maunganui center is an easy walk, which allows you to browse through the numerous shops and see if any of the restaurants peaks your interests.It’s a bright interior that makes the gloomy day less dreary.The short walk to the beach is a huge plus.Our contact was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive.We hope to stay here again!!!!

Great location

From the living room, you can see the ocean and check if there’s a cruise ship in port. The apartment was within walking distance of the beach and some restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped. A bonus was the elevator from the parking garage to the third floor apartment. The only downside was the carpet. Stained -certainly not professionally cleaned for a long time.

Beautiful apartment on the beach!

Loved this property! Location was hard to beat with views of the ocean and just a few minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants. The furniture was lovely and the kitchen ideal for entertaining. We really enjoyed relaxing in the comfy lounge. Beds were good, not too soft and the shower was fantastically powerful - one of the best I’ve had!! No lamps to read by at night and no balcony but this apartment was huge and really well appointed with quality furniture and fixtures; a great place to relax in real comfort. Underground parking was a bonus and our SUV fit, no problem. Our only complaint was that the elevator broke down on day two, so we had to lug our cases down four flights of stairs to the parkade, which sucked. That aside though, I would absolutely recommend this property and would definitely stay here if I ever return to the area.

A brilliant location for our family holiday

Kirsten was great to deal with and immediately helped with our issue with the air conditioning- A little more information on how to work the air conditioning unit would have been most helpful . The apartment was very well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. We would book again Kind regards Liz
