Fantastic building amenities. I had a great view and loved the space. It was great to have a gym and laundry. It was noisy at night because of the nightclubs close by. The building itself was very quiet. Communication with Charles hope was not very good. It took a while to get answers, if at all.

Very quaint hotel. The staff were amazing. Loved the wee pub, choices of scotch whiskey, and the food. The village of Rothes made for easy access to distilleries and enjoying the area. I would stay again.

The hotel was gorgeous the only issue we had is the fire alarm went off early one morning, woke us all up then it was turned off.
