Overall, my three-night stay with my three kids was enjoyable. The suite was pleasant, offering a great view in an amazing location. However, the language barrier was a challenge for some annoying stuff ( especially to the guy that was in a white shirt right at the back of the restaurant). However, Büşra was very nice at the restaurant.
Friday morning food was disappointing, but over the weekend was nice.
Additionally, the weekend experience was marred by neighboring guests smoking, causing discomfort. The online dinner reservation hiccup was frustrating, with the resort's unaccommodating stance and lack of assistance leaving a negative impression. Despite these issues, the positive aspects, such as the location and view, contributed to an overall decent experience.

It was an excellent choice! From check-in to check-out, everything went very well. Hotel has an entertainment team which is the best part of hotel. Food was good and overall staff was very friendly

"Çok temiz bir otel. İşletenler Nezihe Hanım ve Musa Bey çok ilgililerdi. Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve lezzetliydi. Tarihi restore edilmiş konakta keyifli bir akşam ve gece geçirdik. Sabah çok dinç uyandık. Teşekkürler."

"Duşakabinin yarısı yoktu bu sebeple duş alırken klozetin olduğu tarafa su aktı hep. Ayrıca yerlerde halı yoktu. Halı olmamasına rağmen otel terlikleri de yoktu. Mini buzdolabı olmaması da çok büyük bir eksiklik bence. Dahası, yılbaşı gecesi koridorlarda bağıran ve kusan insanların seslerini duymak ..."
