Very nice hotel with great breakfast. The rooms are very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is great. Zoo is 15min to walk, in the other direction are plenty of nice restaurants.

Lovely hotel, all staff very polite.
When booking we did notnknow there was no access to gym facilities or pool or there was no evening meals in the hotel. It would have been nice if these were available.
But regardless we would definitely stay again even without those facilities.
