Our first time in Porto and it was fantastic, when we checked in the staff were lovely and very helpful, always contactable, that apartment was superb in size, comfort and location, we had a very minor issue with Netflix which was dealt with very quickly, all round fabulous break and I would definitely recommend to others and stay again, a big thank you to all the staff

Excellent property, apartments are great. The staff help us before getting there. They recomended places to visit and were available at any time.

Great location and great breakfast but staff were not very friendly. When checking in, reception staff were surly and didn’t even say anything about welcome to the hotel etc… Breakfast staff were also not very communicative. We had just spent a few days in Lisbon where staff were so friendly and helpful in contrast to Pestana Vintage were staff were not very friendly or helpful. Staff just need to be trained to ensure they are friendly when talking to clients. We ordered drinks from the reception bar and were waiting when another member of staff came to ask what we wanted. When I said we have ordered with the other member of staff was told he is training and didn’t know what we wanted!!
