The most wonderful hotel. The staff were super helpful & welcoming. The arrival to and in the hotel is so well maintained, clean and smells incredible. The beds/linen/pillows are THE best I’ve ever slept on! Shower & amenities are excellent. There is the usual resort fee, whilst I’ll continue to dislike these, this hotel offers 1 x free breakfast (unsure why not 2, or actually how many people are in the room) or you can switch this to x 2 (these is far more reasonable) house drinks at the bar. Overall, Great location and I genuinely can’t fault a single thing about this hotel.

I loved everything about our stay here - with one exception. The beds were comfortable but they were extremely noisy every time I would make even the slightest move. So noisy that we would wake each other up in the middle of the night. I would strongly recommend upgrading the mattresses. Next time I’m in NYC, ideally, I’d want to stay here again - but the mattresses might be a deal breaker for me. Everything else was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.
